Meet The Team

Tim Brown

Tim joined Grosvenor House Practice in 2004 as Audit and Accounts Manager and now, as Managing Director and along with his co-director Tony Jones, he leads the team. Prior to qualifying as an accountant he ran his family’s dairy farm, gaining valuable experience of the ups and downs experienced by SMEs. He continues to keep in touch with the practical side of that business by doing the occasional night shift in the calving shed! Tim’s energy and enthusiasm and drive for high standards means clients are placed firmly at the centre of the business His vision is to provide high-quality, wide-ranging financial advice and management support to every single client, regardless of size.

Nikki Ind

Nikki manages client relationships and the day to day running of the Malmsbury office. She joined the practice in 2009 and brought with her a wealth of experience acquired in Banking and a Charitable Trust. Her priority is delivery of a first class service to clients – satisfied clients are the best advertisement any business can have. Two young teenagers and a commitment to the local community occupy Nikki’s spare time. She is Chair of The Friends of Tetbury Hospital, a member of Tetbury Parochial Church Council, an elected member of Tetbury Thirteen and still finds time for Tetbury Flower Show Committee!

Murray Thorn

Murray joined the practice in 2003 and now, as Client Manager, is responsible for accounts production and Vat and PAYE return compliance.

Rebecca ‘Bex’ Ransom

Bex joined in 2008 as Tim’s PA. Things don’t stand still for long at Grosvenor House and now she’s added sales and marketing and finance responsibilities to the original role. When not juggling her work commitments, Bex loves the great outdoors – camping, travelling, body-boarding and chasing after her dog.

Sarah Harper

Sarah joined the finance team in 2010 as bookkeeper and supports the Finance Manager with internal accounts. Two small children and a new home to refurbish keep her very busy but occasionally she manages to escape to a motor race.

Susan O’Sullivan

Sue is the first person clients and visitors see. As Receptionist/Secretary she’s ‘front of house’. This role wouldn’t suit everyone but Sue, who’s been with the practice since 2004, enjoys meeting and greeting visitors and putting them at ease. Outside work, Sue may be spotted cheering on Watford FC or keeping an eye on the birds while rambling and hill walking.

Chris Jones

Chris has been with the practice since 2007. He’s already gained some of his accountancy qualifications and his studies continue. His work involves preparation of accounts, management accounts, payroll, bookkeeping and, when there’s a spare moment, he turns his hand to IT. Outside the office, Chris plays in a brass band, and is an avid follower of Newcastle United and Formula One racing.

Sharon Fraser

Sharon’s been part of the team since 2008. As a bookkeeper dealing with client payroll and bookkeeping, she helps them through difficult patches and liaises with the relevant authorities on their behalf. Three children engaged in diverse activities, two dogs and a fondness for the gym ensure that Sharon is equally busy outside work.
